Video footage captures another near miss on Chesterfield's Horns Bridge roundabout

The video, recorded yesterday, was posted on to the Derbyshire Times Facebook page by motorist Steve Rowley.

It captures a black BMW cutting across in front of Steve's vehicle, and forcing him to brake suddenly.
