A broken down car is causing delays on the M1 northbound near Derby and Nottingham.

Road users are being advised to expect congestion and delays on the carriageway between junctions 24A and 25, with one of four lanes closed.

Normal traffic conditions are expected to return at about 9.15am today (November 1).
