Firms across Derbyshire were honoured last night at the Derbyshire Times’ Business Awards 2014.
Members of the county’s business community gathered at the Proact stadium for the event, which saw a total of 17 awards handed out across a variety of different categories.
DT Editor Graeme Huston, Destination Chesterfield’s Peter Swallow and BBC Look North presenter Clare Frisby hosted the premier event.
Graeme said: “It’s fantastic to have everyone from our proud business community come together to celebrate their achievements in 2014.
“All the many entries were worthy of praise and our judging panel deliberated long and hard to find this year’s winners and we wish them and everyone else the best of luck for 2015.”
Speaking before the award ceremony begun, Destination Chesterfield’s Peter Swallow said: “Good luck to all those who are nominated for the awards and we look forward to celebrating the best businesses in Derbyshire.”
