Three car smash in Derbyshire

An air ambulance was mobilised after a crash involving three vehicles in Derbyshire this afternoon.

Firefighters from Matlock and Bakewell attended the accident on the A6 Bakewell Road at Rowsley at 4.19 today (Wednesday May 20).

According to a Tweet by Derbyshire Fire Services this evening, one person was taken from a vehicle by firefighters and placed in the care of the Helimed crew.

Two people were left in the care of East Midland Ambulance Services.
