HARD-WORKING students donned caps and gowns for their graduation last weekend.
Nearly 150 Chesterfield College students proudly paraded through the town centre before a special ceremony on Saturday.
The students received a range of qualifications from higher national certificates to master’s degrees in a variety of subjects.
Beginning their procession from the town hall, the students were joined by the Mayor and Mayoress of Chesterfield, Peter and Jean Barr, dignitaries from other universities and Ashover Brass Band as they made their way through the town centre to the crooked spire for the ceremony.
