Teenager exposes himself to woman in Derbyshire town – then friend apologises

At 11.15am on Saturday, the woman was walking her dog along the canal path off Derby Road when she saw a group of three youths.

One of them exposed himself and his friend apologised to the woman.

The youth was described as white, 16 or 17-years-old with black hair. He was wearing black coloured clothing.

The two other youths were described as of a similar age and were both wearing denim.
