Some of the UK’s leading technology, ICT and digital media experts have been lined-up to share their knowledge with Derbyshire businesses at the 2015 Digital Derbyshire Conference.
The free event – which is being funded by Derbyshire County Council, East Midlands Chamber and the European Regional Development Fund – takes place at the Pavilion Gardens, Buxton, on April 16, and is aimed at keeping businesses fully up-to-date with the latest developments in the rapidly changing world of business technology and internet marketing.
It will be managed and delivered by the Chamber’s dedicated eBusiness Club team, and is for business owners and marketing professionals who recognise the need to keep abreast of all the latest developments in online technology.
Through the use of local case studies and keynote presentations, businesses will be brought up to speed on all the latest advances, including how to get the most out of superfast broadband for business.
A host of experts have been lined up to speak at the event.
Andrew Talbot, of Gateway 3D, will talk about harnessing the Internet to build a digital business in a rural area, while Neil Richardson, senior lecturer at Leeds Beckett University, will talk about getting your digital strategy right.
eBusiness Club trainer Liam Lally will talk about making social networking easier and Stephen Gardiner will speak on embracing technology.
