Staveley pub turned into apartments

A company is marketing new apartments in Staveley.

Last year, Chesterfield Borough Council approved a planning application to turn the former Elm Tree Inn on High Street into 23 apartments.

Now the properties are being marketed by specialists from Everard Cole.
