Skip alight in High Peak
Firefighters attended a skip blaze in High Peak this morning.
The call was received before 9am and crews from New Mills and Whaley Bridge attended the fire at Woodside Street.
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue said the large industrial skip was “well alight” and firefighters tackles the blaze for around half an hour before it was put out at 9:15am.
