Six people shut in lift in Chesterfield
Chesterfield firefighters came to the rescue of six people who were shut in a lift this afternoon.
Crews were called to a retail premises off Lockoford Lane in the town at 1.40pm.
A Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Firefighters used small gear to release six people who were shut in a lift.
"Advice was given to the manager of the premises."
