Shalimar is red hot for hygiene
Staff at one Dales restaurant are celebrating after being awarded the highest hygiene rating.
The Shalimar Indian restaurant, Darley Dale, was given 5 Starts for Food hygiene by the Food Standards Agency as part of the Scores on the Doors initiative. Shalimar is the first Indian restaurant in the Dales to achieve this.
