Scooter rider with no insurance or licence tried to flee police in north Derbyshire but stopped after almost falling off

Derbyshire Roads Police tried to stop the scooter in Barrow Hill, north Derbyshire, for having no insurance.

The rider initially failed to stop but after a 'little wobble' on a corner he decided to pull up.

The rider was also found to have no licence.

The scooter was seized.
