Road closed and driver taken to hospital after Eckington crash
A main road in Eckington was cordoned off by police following a car crash yesterday.
It happened on West Street at around 5.30pm yesterday evening (Monday, March 13).
A Nissan Qashqai and a Volkswagen Polo were involved.
A spokesman for Derbyshire police said one of the drivers was taken to hospital but later discharged with no serious injuries.
