Nearly 400 people enjoyed the great outdoors as they attended Bolsover District Council’s fifth Adventure Sports Festival.
The event was held at Pleasley Vale Outdoor Activity Centre with rock climbing, abseiling, mountain biking and much more.
Participants enjoyed canoeing, a 30ft climbing wall and a smaller bouldering wall.
Other activities included KMX Karts, Laser Tag, archery and an electronic orienteering course.
There was also stone carving, wood lathing and willow crafts.
District councillor Ann Syrett, council social inclusion chief, said: “The festival was about showing what the great outdoors can offer and everyone enjoyed it.”
The festival, held on July 17, was organised by Bolsover District Council with support from the Limestone Journeys team, Big Lottery Fund, Bolsover Community Safety Partnership, Bolsover Community Sport Network and Derbyshire County Council.
