Recruitment specialist celebrates landmark anniversary - and is recruiting more staff at its Chesterfield office

The group marked the landmark by launching a new group structure, with three distinct brands to serve its clients and candidates.

It has also launched four new websites as part of the drive to make the company successful for another 30 years.

Paul Jackman, chief executive, said: “Anniversaries always prompt people to reflect on their progress and analyse where they see themselves in the future, as we have now done with the company.

“We wanted to be fit for the future and to provide an improved service to our candidates and clients.”

The firm is also recruiting for five roles at its Chesterfield office as part of its new strategic plan.

Thorn Baker Group currently manages the recruitment needs of companies, placing over 30,000 candidates in jobs each year.
