Private healthcare provider to leave Chesterfield Royal site

Claremont Private Hospital has announced the end of its five year contract at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

The company’s Chatsworth Clinic has served as an outreach for their patients in the North Derbyshire area since 2011.

Claremont’s parent company, Aspen Healthcare, will not be renewing the contract to run clinic with the last outpatient appointments taking place early September.

Andy Davey, hospital director, said: “The Chatsworth Clinic has served our North Derbyshire patients well over the past five years.

“We have enjoyed working with Chesterfield Royal Hospital and thank them for giving us the opportunity to use their facilities.

“We are committed to providing quality services and all patients who require follow up will be offered an appointment at Claremont or one of our other four outreach clinics.”
