Prison for man who breached exclusion from Chesterfield
A man has been sentenced to four weeks in prison after breaching the conditions of his criminal behaviour order.
Daniel Lee Parkes,aged 42 of no fixed abode, has been convicted at court for a section five public order offence and for breaching one of the conditions of his Criminal Behaviour Order by entering an exclusion zone within Chesterfield Town Centre.
