Premier Inn reveals draft plans for Matlock hotel
A hotel chain is inviting members of the community to view draft plans for a proposed development in Matlock.
Premier Inn is holding a public exhibition on Wednesday, April 30, on its proposal to build a hotel in front of Arc Leisure, in Bakewell Road.
Those who attend the event – in the community room of Arc Leisure between 2pm and 7pm – will be able to view draft plans for the hotel.
The firm claims the £4million investment will bring around 25 new jobs to the area.
