Police use posters to prevent burglary
Police are handing out posters to Dales residents following a spike in shed theft.
Posters warning criminals that sheds, garages and other outbuildings are alarmed are now being handed out by Police and Derbyshire Dales District Council. The large signs, which read ‘Warning: Alarmed’, will be put up on or near people’s property to act as a deterrent. To find out more, call police on 101.
