Police are becoming concerned for the safety of a man who has been missing from Chesterfield Royal Hospital for more than a week.
David Saunders, 67, who is a voluntary patient at the hospital, has not been since Friday, December 19.
Mr Saunders is white, 5ft 1in tall, with grey, balding hair and a beard. He wears glasses and is probably wearing black trousers, a checked shirt and a black coat.
A spokesman for Derbyshire police said: “Mr Saunders often visits amusement arcades in Chesterfield and Sheffield but despite extensive enquiries by officers from Derbyshire and South Yorkshire he has not been traced.
“Officers are asking Mr Saunders or anyone who knows where he is to contact them on 101.”
