Sergeant Dan Hadfield from the Buxton Operational Support Team said: “Whilst the initial strike week has come to an end, we will continue to target the use and supply of drugs across the division.
“I’d like to urge the public to report suspected drugs activity to police or Crimestoppers as we do act on the intelligence that you provide.”
The team also spoke to young people to offer advice on drug and alcohol use, along with reassuring residents that positive action will be taken against dealers.
