Plans have been submitted to build 15 new homes near Clay Cross.

The properties would be located on land between Poplar Grove and Park House Farm, Pilsley Road, in Lower Pilsley.

The planning documents state: “The proposal has been designed to ensure a high standard of living environment would be created within the site whilst fully respecting the character of the locality.”

The 15 homes would be made up of five different house types.

Two new access points would be created from Pilsley Road.

“All of the dwellings would have sufficient parking, either within the curtilages or within a shared parking court,” the plans state.
