Plans passed for new shop at Chesterfield pub
Chesterfield Borough Council has passed plans for a change at a pub.
At a meeting, the authority granted conditional planning permission to Manvesh Enterprises Ltd for a development at the Dunston Inn on Dunston Lane, Newbold.
The plans include the creation of a shop in part of the ground floor of the existing pub and the installation of a cash machine as well as a new entrance and a ramp.
