PILSLEY: WI members try hands at whist drive

Pilsley WI met in St Mary’s Centre where vice-president Sue Curley organised a whist drive and as most of us were novices at the game, she was kept very busy. The winning male and female were presented with prizes and the pair that scored the least had a booby prize.

The raffle was won by Pauline Barker, Ann Smart and Lynda Hall and the refreshments were provided by Chris Kenahan, Jenny Thompson, and Edna Sheriff.
