Six Chesterfield residents scoop £1,000 in postcode lottery win

Six people in Chesterfield have each scooped a cash prize of £1,000 thanks to their postcode.

The Langtree Avenue neighbours landed the windfall when S41 9HP was announced as a People’s Postcode Lottery Daily Prize winner on Monday, May 18.

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson said: “I’m delighted for all of our winners in Chesterfield. I hope they all treat themselves to something nice with the cash.”

A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £500 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
