Police are concerned for the safety of a woman who has gone missing from her home in Chesterfield.

Noelle Hall, 53, was last seen by neighbours on April 7, and she spoke to a family member on the phone that afternoon.
She has not been heard from since.
Noelle is 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build with shoulder-length grey hair.
