Three-year-old Buster has been with the Chesterfield Animal Centre for over a year and is their longest stay resident in their care. Despite staff and volunteers efforts they are still struggling to find the forever home he desperately needs.

Richard Grainger, Animal Care Assistant said: “Buster is a fabulously sweet and loving boy. He is super sociable and a pleasure to be with. He is just like an overgrown pup who love cuddles, tickles and adores treats and kisses. We are completely baffled as to why he has not found a new loving

home he deserves.”

Due to the length of time Buster has been at the rehoming centre, he is struggling in the kennel environment and is being overlooked by visitors at the centre.

Gary Taylor, Animal Centre Manager said: “Buster is finding his time in the kennels quite difficult which is not giving him the opportunity to show our visitors his full potential. He is a lovely dog who has a lot of love to give and, given the right home, will give his new family lots of joy.”

Buster is looking for a home where he is the only pet. He would live with children 10 years or older.

If you are interested in Buster contact RSPCA Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Branch on 01246 273358 or visit them at 137 Spital Lane, Chesterfield, S41 0HL.
