The Lifehouse Church is building on the success of last year by once again running a ‘pop-up’ shop on Chatsworth Road, where it takes in donations of old and new uniforms which are then given away to anyone in the community who needs them.
The free shop, which is located just above Nonnas, opened earlier this month and stocks ‘all the usual things you need for school’ such as blazers, PE kits, ties, book bags, shoes, summer dresses, and lunchboxes.

Posting on Facebook, the Lifehouse Church added: “We have several branded school specific items but unfortunately you will need to pop in to check if we have what you need.
"We are taking donations. If you want to make a donation of new items we always need white polo shirts.”
The shop is open 10am-4pm everyday except Sunday at 131 Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield.
