Following on from the article regarding parking in the Peak, in the January 26 edition, I travel regularly into the Peak at weekends going along Clodhall Lane and through Curbar Gap.

Parking is always a problem there, so much so that double yellow lines were put down one side of the road. People parking totally ignore them and park on them on a blind left-hand bend. Perhaps if the police could come out of their warm police stations and do some proper police work, people may realise they cannot park there.

Just a thought.
