Suspended sentence, suspended sentence, suspended sentence: that about sums it up.

In my opinion, the chances of going to prison in this country, unless you have committed murder or are a motorist, is virtually nil.The justice system in this country is not fit for purpose and I fear the police, without the public’s help, would not catch any real criminals. In their present form, they are lacking in all departments. There is no justice in this country for the masses, only for the real criminals who are sent to holiday camps now known as prisons where they can do just as they like.No wonder these people are not bothered by going to prison. It won’t be long before the judges will be asking the offenders if they want to go to prison.
