In response to Geoffrey Brooking’s recent letter saying Keir Starmer is making Britain great again, what makes him think that? It's obvious he is not up to date with what's happening in the country.

Starmer has been elected on false pretences and I feel he is bringing this country to the verge of bankruptcy with madcap policies. You have only got to look at the figures: there is going to be mass unemployment and the only people that seem to benefit are public sector workers, ie doctors, nurses, train drivers and employees, teachers, police, fire employees, council workers, civil servants and anyone else the British taxpayers fund. The unions are bankrolling this Labour government and they are telling Starmer when to jump and he says how high. It's the private sector workers that keep this country on an even keel and they never go on strike. In my opinion, Keir Starmer is not a true Labour man, otherwise he would not have accepted a knighthood while still working.
