and live on Freeview channel 276
The A619 road through Brimington is one of the most congested roads in the borough with standing traffic at times during the day.
A supermarket in Brimington will inevitably bring additional road traffic and air pollution to this residential area.

Chesterfield Borough Council is also currently working to a Climate Change Strategy.
If the borough council is serious about reducing air pollution from road vehicles then they should not approve a planning application for this project in Brimington.
I also do not accept that the proposed "regeneration route" will significantly reduce traffic through Brimington and, in view of the new Labour Government’s spending cuts, this is unlikely to proceed in the near future.
