LETTER: Hospital staff deserve a medal
Our dear dad, grandad and Jean's dear husband Harry Feneley, aged 93 years, passed away recently on Pearson Ward, Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
I wish to express dear thank-yous to all the day and night staff who gave Harry the most tender and loving care, as well as looking after Jean, his wife, who he worshipped. The staff were always there when needed, yet gave us time and space to laugh, cry and remember what a good and fulfilling life he had. All the staff deserve a medal for going the extra mile. Never forgotten.
