Police are stepping up patrols to combat anti-social behaviour at Chesterfield skate park.
Officers will be seizing alcohol from any underage drinkers, issuing warning letters and visiting parents to tackle problems at the facility near the town’s B&Q store.
In addition, police will work to clampdown on anti-social behaviour in Eastwood Park in Hasland and Spital Park in Chesterfield.
The action comes after residents raised concerns at a recent police meeting.
PCSO Janet Austin, of Derbyshire police, said: “Anti-social behaviour is clearly a main concern.
“We’ll clampdown on the problems and I would urge residents and park users to report any nuisance or suspicious activity to us on 101 so we can work to tackle the issue promptly.”
