Nurse wins £5,000 worth of free fuel

A nurse has scooped £5,000 worth of free fuel in a national competition to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Jet garages.

Helen Ialani was one 14 winners throughout the UK have won JetCards to spend on fuel after entering a prize draw at a garage on Nottingham Road, Belper.

Helen said: “I’d completely forgotten about entering the competition, so it was such a surprise when I found out I had won!

“I am a district nurse and have to travel up to 400 miles a month, so fuel is vital for my job. £5,000 of fuel is such a huge and wonderful prize as I’ve never won anything before.”

More than 22,500 entries were received from across the UK. Winners were selected at random.
