Cathy told short anecdotes of how some of the songs came to be written, A talented group of musicians performed backing and also solos in their turns, on keyboard, percussion, sax and double bass, all producing a very pleasant ambience for the evening.

This was followed on the evening of Sunday, June 15, by a concert of June, by a concert of Songs and Sketches, at Tupton Village Hall arranged by Smiffy Music. The programme promised a night of music and laughter, and didn’t disappoint.
