A former Pizza Hut delivery boy has opened his fifth franchise business – creating up to 30 new jobs.
Lee Humphries has opened a new Pizza Hut delivery business in Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield, following a funding deal with NatWest.
Lee began working at Pizza Hut as a part-time delivery boy when he was 16. He worked his way up to the role of area manager and when Pizza Hut adapted the franchise model, Lee took the decision to become his own boss.
With wife Sarah he founded S&G Enterprise and opened their first franchise in 2003. S&G Enterprise currently operates four Pizza Hut delivery outlets in Mansfield, Sutton in Ashfield, Hucknall and Ilkeston. The new shop in Chesterfield is now open for trading and offering customers a choice of one of six medium pizzas for £6 as one of the opening offers.
