Matlock supermarket staff to walk 26 miles
Supermarket staff are going the extra mile to raise money for a local charity.
Staff from Sainsbury’s Matlock will be doing a sponsored walk on the Limestone Way to support Greenaway Workshop, their chosen charity for the year.
Greenaway Workshop provides adults with long term health problems occupation suited to their needs.
The workers will walk 26 miles from Castleton to Matlock on Tuesday, September 30.
They will be setting off from Castleton at 7am on the day in question and aiming to arrive back at the store for 5pm.
