MATLOCK: Man in hospital after “serious assault”
A man is in hospital tonight after a “serious assault” in Matlock.
The incident took place near to Hall Leys Park shortly before 6pm.
A 28-year-old man was taken to hospital with abdominal injuries.
Derbyshire police are urging witnesses or anyone with information to call 101.
