Man who burgled two houses in same day jailed
Warwick Brackenbury admitted both burglaries as well as two counts of driving while disqualified.
He was jailed for 15 months for the burglaries and one month for the driving offence. He was also banned for driving for 44 months but there was no separate penalty for two counts of using a vehicle without insurance and failing to provide a sample for analysis, which he also admitted.

Hide AdOn December 15, the 21-year-old, of Foxcroft Chase, Killamarsh, burgled properties on Ash Close, Barlborough and Silver Well Drive in Staveley.
Witnesses to the Ash Close crime took details of the van the burglar was seen using and the next day, Brackenbury was stopped by officers driving the van in Killamarsh and arrested.
He was sentenced at Derby Crown Court on April 1.
