A BLACKWELL man exposed himself to a woman cleaning company toilets, a court heard.
The cleaner had placed a sign outside the toilets warning workers she was in the room but Lloyd Davies began using a urinal.
“She left the immediate area to clean cubicles instead. When she returned, she was confronted by the defendant with his tracksuit botoms around his hips,” David Horne, prosecuting, told Chesterfield magistrates. weds
He added that Davies (20) began to masturbate in front of her and the cleaner made a complaint.
Steve Brint, for Davies, said he accepted exposing his privates but not masturbating.
Davies, of Oxford Street, Blackwell, admitted indecent exposure at Somercotes on May 9.
He denied committing a similar offence at the same place, involving a different female cleaner, the following day.
He will be sentenced for the first offence following a trial on October 28 regarding the denied matter
Davies was granted bail on condition he did not contact the two complainants.
