Man charged with attempted robbery after shop keeper was threatened

A 36-year-old Arkwright man has been charged with attempted robbery after a man allegedly threatened a shop keeper in Calow.

John Slater of Hardwick Drive in Arkwright Town is due to appear at Chesterfield Justice Centre this morning (Friday, December 16).

The alleged attempted robbery happened at Castle Stores on Top Road, Calow happened at 10.18am on Tuesday, December 13.
