A motorist was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after the car he was travelling in overturned on a road in the Chesterfield area.
The incident, involving a Ford Mondeo LX, happened on a stretch of the A618 near Clowne at about 3pm on Thursday, March 31.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene and four people were treated for minor injuries.
A 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
He was taken to Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital to be checked over.
