Member of the Derwent Valley Lions Club joined nurses from Whitworth Hospital to take part in a sponsored bed push along the A6.
The team of happy fund–raisers collected £100 for their efforts
They also raised £1,000 at a spring fair the same day in aid of the Buy a Brick campaign.
