Richard John Barnes, 33, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a Police Constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £300.

Sean Michael Allinson, 35, of King Street, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him. Community order made.

David Llewellyn Farmery, 47, of Duke Street, Staveley. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a man. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Neil John Wooley, 46, of Fairfield Road, Buxton. Found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her. Committed to prison for 17 weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Matthew Pearson, 31, of St Stephens Road, Nottingham. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Whitwell. Fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Theft

Jason Lewis Hardwick, 23, of Nottingham Road, Ripley. Pleaded guilty to stealing a quantity of lamb stea ks to the value of £15 from the Co-op. Community order made. Ordered to pay £15 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Simon Gary Pickard, 40, of Broadgorse Close, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing make-up sets to the value of £175 from Boots in Chesterfield. Ordered to pay £175 compensation.

Scott Holman, 40, of Grangewood Court, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Indicated plea of guilty to attempting to steal a Ford Transit Pick-up vehicle, to the value of £3,500, belonging to a man. Community order made.

Alun James Mcdonald, 46, of Ray Street, Heanor. Pleaded guilty to stealing washing powder from a Co-op in Alfreton. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive.

Paul Leslie Ayres, 42, of Green Farm Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing two electric razors, to the value of £74.99 and £49.99, belonging to Boots. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Ashley Steven Joule, 37, of Fairfield Road, Buxton. Pleaded guilty to stealing washing powder to the value of £36 from McColls. Community order made. Ordered to pay compensation of £36.

Criminal Damage

Ashley Austin Atkin, 34, of Lime Tree Grove, Arkwright Town. Pleaded guilty to damaging a garden belonging to a woman. Community order made. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and £150 costs.

Huseyin Cicekli, 45, of Hurst Rise, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to damaging windows and doors to the value of approximately £500. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £500 compensation.

Kevin Stewart Madin, 61, of Hady Crescent, Hady, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to damaging car tyres to the value of £43.99 belonging to a woman. Fined £196, compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Drugs

Carl Martin Broadbent, 51, of Danby Avenue, Old Whittington. Indicated plea of guilty to being found in possession of 1.07g of 5F-MDMB-PINACA, a controlled Class B drug. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Robert Bower, 44, of Prospect Road, Old Whittington. Indicated plea of guilty to being found in possession of 0.4g of crack cocaine. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs.

Motoring

Breach
