Stewart Daniel Boughen, 44, of Byron Street, Ilkeston. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with the responsible officer. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on Harrington Street, Derby, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Tetrahydrocannabinol, exceeded the specified limit.
