Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle on a public car park at Straws Bridge Nature Reserve after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath exceeded the prescribed limit. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on Station Road, at Langley Mill, when the proportion of a drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis), in his blood exceeded the specified limit. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Found guilty of damaging three pint glasses and a wall at the Victoria pub, on Knifesmithgate, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Committed an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months imposed for two thefts. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original theft offences which were subject to the conditional discharge including stealing bedding and curtains from a B&M store and stealing a pair of jeans from a Matalan store. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.
