Karen Reid Tallis Linton, 44, of Mayfield Avenue, Heanor. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit after registering 128 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months with a three-month curfew with electronic monitoring and a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 48 months.

Alex Liam Monsheimer, 26, of St Norbert Drive, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen Berlingo on Stanton Road, at Sandiacre, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Community order to last until June 24, 2019, with 80 hours of unpaid work. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Mohammed Adnan Ahmed, 25, of Middleton Boulevard, Nottingham. Pleaded guilty to using an Audi vehicle on Nottingham Road, Long Eaton, when the groove of the thread patterns of a tyre fitted to the right offside wheel were not of a depth of at least 1.6mm throughout a continuous band. Fined £293 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

John Davis, 52, of Church Avenue, South Kirkby. Pleaded guilty to speeding at Tibshelf, between Junctions to 28 and 35a, of the M1 motorway. Fined £600 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £60 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Graham Brian Tatam, 59, of Wood Lane, Horsley Woodhouse, Ilkeston. Proved in absence that he drove without due care and attention. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

David Wood, 50, of Erdington Road, Aldridge, Walsall. Pleaded guilty to speeding at Tibshelf, on the M1 motorway between junctions 28 to 35a. Fined £582 and must pay a £58 victim surcharge and £58 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

William Benjamin Brierley, 23, of Arnhem Terrace, Spondon, Derby. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance on Goodwin Close, at Sandiacre. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Committed an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence imposed for making off from Texaco service station, at Long Eaton, without paying and to avoid a payment of £43.13. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to the suspended sentence order of making off without paying for unleaded petrol. Committed to prison for 24 weeks.

Richard David Edge, 40, of Bunting Close, Dale Abbey, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle on a public car park at Straws Bridge Nature Reserve after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath exceeded the prescribed limit. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.

Sam Morgan, 25, of Douglas Avenue, Heanor. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on Station Road, at Langley Mill, when the proportion of a drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis), in his blood exceeded the specified limit. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.5 grammes of cannabis, a controlled class B drug. No separate penalty.

David Patrick Williams, 49, of Little Hallam Lane, Mapperley. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence when suspected of having driven a vehicle. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Fined £120 and must pay £50 compensation. Committed a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for three years imposed for harassment. No action taken on the breach. Community order to last until June 25, 2019, with 60 hours of unpaid work.

Pleaded guilty to attending another specific address in Long Eaton which he was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Committed to prison for 30 weeks.

Adam Brown, 21, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to damaging a bathroom door at a property on Barling Drive, Ilkeston. Discharged conditionally for six months. Restraining order to last until December 26, 2018. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Ashley Thomas Howes, 26, of Moorwood Drive, Alfreton. Indicated a guilty plea to committing fraud by making a false representation to transfer £370 into his account. Fined £80 and must pay £20 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Shannon Keeley Crane, 23, of Mulberry Mews, Marehay, Ripley. Found guilty of assault. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Found guilty of using threatening behaviour. Found guilty of damaging three pint glasses and a wall at the Victoria pub, on Knifesmithgate, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Committed an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months imposed for two thefts. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original theft offences which were subject to the conditional discharge including stealing bedding and curtains from a B&M store and stealing a pair of jeans from a Matalan store. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.

Luke Seabourne, of Bailey Street, Stapleton. Proved under the Single Justice Procedure that he threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely a cigarette end, on Bath Street, at Ilkeston. Fined £100 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £127.50 costs.

Jake Stanton, 25, of Kingsway, Heanor. Proved that he failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court in that his behaviour was deemed to be unacceptable. Must pay £150 costs.
