Liam Alan Meenan, 32, of Pelham Road, Nottingham. Pleaded guilty to stealing two kegs of cider valued at £36 belonging to Tesco, on Rutland Street, Ilkeston. Admitted committing an offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge imposed for the offences of theft and failing to answer bail. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the conditional discharge of failing to surrender to Derby magistrates’ court having been released on bail and stealing a jumper valued at £12 belonging to Primark. Pleaded guilty to attempting to steal a GPS watch and a tent valued at £77.98 belonging to Decathlon. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to Nottingham magistrates’ court having been released on bail. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Mary Jane Wilson, 39, of Main Road, Leabrooks, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to stealing food belonging to the Co-operative store, on Swanwick Road, Leabrooks, Alfreton. Must pay £84 compensation. Committed to prison for four weeks.

Matthew Robert Davies, 34, of London Road, Nottingham. Indicated a guilty plea to two counts of stealing perfume belonging to Superdrug, on Bath Street, Ilkeston. Must pay £250 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender at Derby magistrates’ court having been released on bail. Community order to last until July 22, 2019, with a 28 day curfew with electronic monitoring, a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.

David Martin Kerry, 57, of Abbot Road, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to drunk-and-disorderly behaviour in a public place. No separate penalty.
