Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to Nottingham magistrates’ court having been released on bail. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Mary Jane Wilson, 39, of Main Road, Leabrooks, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to stealing food belonging to the Co-operative store, on Swanwick Road, Leabrooks, Alfreton. Must pay £84 compensation. Committed to prison for four weeks.
