Liam Anthony Hoskin, 30, of Highfield Lane, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to committing fraud by making a false representation by offering for sale an iphone 5 to make a gain of £150. Fined £74 and must pay £150 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £80 costs.

THEFT

CraiG Lee White, 26, of Gratton Court, Staveley. Pleaded guilty to stealing bluetooth speakers valued at £55 belonging to Morrisons Store. No separate penalty. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing cannabis. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £80 costs and a £180 court charge.
