Mark Elson, 31, of Hanbury Court, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to attending a specific address which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Pleaded guilty to damaging a door frame and door lock. No separate penalty. Committed an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order imposed for an offence of harassment. Gareth John Robinson, 38, of Barrow Street, Staveley. Pleaded guilty to assault. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Admitted committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order imposed for two counts of assault by beating. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original two offences of assault by beating which were subject to the suspended sentence order. Committed to prison for eight weeks.

Found guilty of being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle. No separate penalty. Richard Barry Budworth, 39, of Saltergate, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing packs of meat valued at £57.96 belonging to Lidl. Fined £40 and must pay £57.96 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Community order to last until July 1, 2019, with a Thinking Skills Programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.

Elizabeth Anne Ness, 36, of Albion Road, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing food items belonging to Co-operative Stores. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge. Discharged conditionally for 18 months.
